Last Friday, a band of intrepid members made the long journey "up north" to Enfield CC in Lancashire, to play (or enjoy) the inaugural match between the two Enfields.

The group were treated to excellent hospitality all weekend by our Lancastrian counterparts and were incredibly thankful to their hosts. While the off-the-field endeavours were enjoyed greatly, it was a less successful weekend on-the-field, as our opponents rolled to a 104-run victory.

It was a fantastic way to wrap up the season and we look forward to repaying the warm reception next year when we play hosts.
